James Apple and his wife, Verna, now live in Sarasota, FL, but are thinking about returning to the Greensboro area and we hope they will make that move. Followng our Snake Reunion they were on vacation but our webmaster caught up with them on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. While they were visiting the Nags Head area they paused their vacation long enough to mail us a CD-Rom of photos they took at the reunion.
Those of us at the Sheraton Imperial meeting remember James telling about visiting the site of the old Sigma Nu House at 411 West 5th Street and seeing those old signed bricks from the attic, in the remains of the house after it was take down. At that meeting others reminded us of that famous Sigma Nu House Basement some of our Brothers dug out and fixed up for "party times." Many of us can still remember the jukebox lights, not to mention basement floodings!
