Progress Report on the Reunion and VA Tech Game for 2015
We are bringing back the golf tournament this year! We need players and so far we have 7. The golf will be Friday morning and be followed by our business meeting at 1:30 pm. Location and cost TBD shortly.
Call the Wingate today to reserve your room for the weekend. They are going quick and we only have 25 rooms total.
Again, dates are September 24th - 27th. Game day is the 26th.
There is a 3 day package option with rates at $119 ($10 more than last year).
There is a 2 day package option with rates at $159 (same as last year), King rooms are available and we have the same big room all weekend for meeting, meals, etc.
The block of rooms is 25 total with any rooms not reserved by August 23rd going back into the hotel inventory. So, cutoff is 08/23/2015. Everyone books and pays for their room as before.

We also need your donations to continue to build our funds for rechartering, to cover reunion expenses and the Sigma Nu Scholarship Fund. Our goal is $25,000 in this fund in 5 years and we are well on our way. Anything goes on your donation, some Brothers give several hundred dollars each year while others give less. Donation amounts are not published but will we recognize those Brothers that help us each year with their donations. If you would like to earmark a portion of your donation to the Scholarship Fund please do so. Thank you in advance!
And remember...we don't turn away anyone at the Snake Reunion. There are no specific cost for attending so long as voluntary donations are adequate. All meals, beverages, bar, snacks and shuttle if available are all paid for by the Eta Beta Alumni Group voluntairy donations. Spouses and significant others welcome and included! Bring your past pictures and a camera. It a blast!

We now have 12 Brothers who areccommitted to attending, per Facebook, and need to get a total of at least 50 or more! Come join us. And don't forget our scholarship auction during the banquet night. Bring your donated auctions items, large and small.
We also ask each of you for your assistance...it's simple...reach out to just 2 other Brothers that were in school with you and get them to register for the 2015 Snake Reunion. Your joint efforts will make a difference.
